The Shark G2 80A is a popular choice for 4-6S RC racing boats, pairing a 32-bit microprocessor with an improved algorithm for lightning-fast response, ultra-smooth start-up, and precise throttle linearity — also suitable for medium underwater thrusters.
80A Continuous / 100A Burst on 4-6S
Advanced new-generation MOSFETs provide low heat and withstand instant high-current surges. 80A sustained and 100A peak on 4-6S LiPo delivers serious power for fast electric boats, catamarans, and lightweight industrial subsea propulsion.
Splash-Proof + Flat Water Cooling
Waterproof-glued construction handles boat spray and humidity, while the flat water-cooling design (32mm tube) ensures efficient heat dissipation during prolonged full-throttle racing runs and sustained underwater operation.
8A High-Power SBEC
The 5.0/6.0V switching BEC supplies 8A continuous (15A burst), powering multiple high-torque servos and auxiliary electronics — ideal for racing boats with dual rudder and trim tab setups, or small ROVs with multiple actuators.
Synchronous Rectification — Cool & Efficient
Synchronous rectification significantly reduces ESC operating temperature, boosting efficiency and conserving battery energy — extending run time and reducing heat-related power loss in high-performance setups.
Forward/Reverse & Isolated Board Architecture
"Forward Only" for pure racing, "Forward and Backward" for scale and docking. The separate control-board/power-board design enhances anti-interference and long-term reliability by isolating heat from sensitive control circuitry.
Protection & Programming
Five-layer protection: start-up, over-heat, LVC, phase loss, signal loss. Program via transmitter, LCD Program Card G2, or optional Phone App (with adapter). Pre-soldered XT90 plug. At 89×45×13mm and 98g, it fits standard boat motor boxes.
