The Seal 300A HV OPTO G2 is the dedicated industrial model, pairing a 170MHz 32-bit processor with optocoupler-isolated signal input for noise immunity — purpose-built for ROVs, AUVs, heavy subsea thrusters, and commercial marine propulsion.
300A Continuous / 320A Burst with Next-Gen MOSFETs
Advanced MOSFET technology ensures low heat and high reliability under instant current surges. 300A sustained and 320A peak delivers up to ~17kW at 14S — driving large thrusters on work-class ROVs, heavy-lift AUVs, and commercial surface vessels.
IP67 Waterproof + Dual Water Cooling
Full IP67 waterproof rating with two water-cooling pipes and customized heat sinks ensures efficient thermal management during sustained high-power operation in fully submerged industrial environments.
Optocoupler Isolation — No BEC
The OPTO design provides galvanic isolation between control and power stages, eliminating ground loops and noise in industrial systems with multiple ESCs and sensors. No built-in BEC — designed for systems with dedicated PDU/UBEC power distribution.
S.BUS2 & CAN Protocol Support
Futaba S.BUS2 telemetry and customizable CAN bus protocol enable deep integration with industrial flight controllers and advanced radio systems, making the ESC adaptable to specialized subsea applications.
Forward/Reverse, Freewheeling & Full Protection
"Forward Only" and "Forward and Backward" modes, freewheeling efficiency, plus thermal power reduction, LVC, start-up, signal loss, phase loss, over-current, abnormal voltage, and over-load protection.
Telemetry & G2 Programming
Real-time current, voltage, temperature, RPM, throttle, and ESC status via ZTW App or LCD Program Card G2. Full configuration via Bluetooth app, LCD card, or transmitter. Firmware upgradeable.
