Dry-run Resistant Pump: Applied in conveying wastewater containing strong acids, strong alkalis, and mixed solvents, with no damage during dry operation for up to 20 hours
In processes such as chemical engineering, electroplating, and environmental protection, traditional centrifugal pumps often fail rapidly due to accidental dry running caused by liquid level fluctuations, operational errors or cavitation, as well as continuous corrosion from strong acids, strong alkalis and mixed solvents.
This product features a uniquely designed self-cooling shaft seal, which provides automatic cleaning and cooling functions, as well as protection during dry operation. The shaft seal remains undamaged even after 20 hours of dry running without fluid. Specifically engineered for the harshest, most failure-prone corrosive medium transfer conditions, this pump is intended to completely resolve the industry problem points of "damage upon dry running and leakage upon corrosion", delivering truly maintenance-free and long-lasting reliable operation.
Pump Features
Optimized flow channel design improves efficiency by approximately 10-20%, saving 0.5-1.0 kW of electricity while delivering the same water power output.
The pump body is injection-molded from FRPP and PVDF materials, offering excellent corrosion resistance against strong acids and strong alkalis.
It boasts a simple structure for easy assembly and maintenance. The one-piece molded impeller with smooth flow channels makes it a new type of acid and alkali resistant self-priming pump with high efficiency and energy saving performance.
