24mm Transparent Plastic Carrier Tape for SMD Component Packaging
The 24mm Transparent PS Embossed Carrier Tape is designed for organized packaging of SMD and electronic components in applications where a clear packaging structure is preferred.
Manufactured from PS (Polystyrene), the carrier tape features formed pockets arranged along the tape. Each cavity provides a dedicated space for an individual component, helping keep parts separated and properly arranged during packaging and handling.
The transparent construction allows the packaged components and pocket condition to remain visually accessible, which can be useful during component identification, loading inspection, and packaging checks.
With a 24mm width, the tape provides a practical format between narrow and wider carrier tape sizes. Pocket length, width, depth, pitch, and component orientation can be developed according to the actual dimensions and packaging requirements of the component.
For customized applications, the carrier tape can be developed from a component sample, product drawing, dimensional specification, or existing carrier tape reference. Sample production and pocket verification can be completed before regular production.
