Packaging & Quality AssuranceEach CD-AP-400 cooler undergoes a rigorous quality assurance program prior to shipment. All materials are sourced from ISO-certified mills with full mill test certificates provided. Fabrication is performed by ASME-certified welders under a qualified welding procedure specification. Every unit is hydrostatically tested on both shell and tube sides at 1.5 times design pressure, followed by a helium mass spectrometer leak test to confirm zero detectable leakage. The anodic protection system is factory-commissioned and functionally tested with simulated acid conditions. For transportation, the cooler is shipped as a single assembled unit secured on a heavy-duty steel base frame with protective end covers over all flange faces and nozzle openings. The anodic protection control panel is packed separately in a waterproof wooden crate. All exposed machined surfaces receive a rust-preventive coating, and the complete assembly is wrapped in heavy-gauge polyethylene sheeting for weather protection during ocean freight. Comprehensive documentation includes material test reports, NDT records, hydrostatic test certificates, anodic protection system calibration reports, installation and operation manuals, and the ASME U Stamp data report.
