MASON was founded in 2008, focus on providing acrylic sheets one-stop solutions. We serve OEM and ODM customers from over 20 countries. MASON factory covers 40,000 square meters, 6 imported automatic assembly system, and annual output 36,000 tons. We offer a variety of acrylic, including transparent acrylic sheet, color acrylic sheet, large aquarium acrylic sheet, light guide plate, flame retardant plate,mirror acrylic plate, ESD sheet, acrylic tube and rod, etc. Thickness vary from 1.8-100mm.
MASON acrylic sheet use high-quality raw materials from Lucite or Mitsubishi, produced with Pilkington glass mold, which was imported from UK. The light transmittance and Rockwell hardness is much better than industrial standard.

Diamond Polishing & Buffing: Diamond polishing adds a shiny luster to the edges of acrylic. This process consists of diamonds rotating at high speed, over the surface of the material. Diamond polishing goes together with a buffing process. Buffing is done after the polishing process has been completed, giving the edges an even higher quality, polished finish.
Hand Polished: For any products that have 3 dimensions beyond those that lend themselves to diamond or flame polishing. We have these products hand polished and buffed to an exquisite edge finish.
Line Bending: Line bending is a process used to bend acrylic in a straight line. The process involves heating the acrylic sheet along a line, using a heating element. The acrylic softens as it heats, allowing it to be bent.
Acrylic Gluing and Bonding: We use a solvent-type bonding agent for bonding plexiglass that chemically welds surfaces together. It produces clean, optically transparent cemented joints that result in a beautiful end-product.
