The Water-based Acrylic Adhesive Tape Double Sided Tissue Tape uses high-quality non-woven tissue as the carrier. Its unique structure provides not only a soft texture and excellent elongation but also outstanding tear resistance and surface conformity, allowing it to easily adhere to curved or rough surfaces. During application, it resists deformation, wrinkling, or breaking, significantly improving the smoothness and efficiency of both manual and automated operations.
The adhesive is a water-based acrylic adhesive, which is environmentally friendly and safe. It exhibits strong initial tack, and its adhesive performance improves over time and with pressure, enabling firm bonding with various common materials such as paper, plastic, metal, leather, and fabric. Additionally, the adhesive boasts high cohesion, resistance to high temperatures, UV radiation, and aging, ensuring stable bonding performance even in complex environments over extended periods.
The release liner is a composite material of PE-coated white paper. Its smooth and even surface, combined with stable and moderate release force, ensures smooth unwinding without jamming during high-speed processing, greatly facilitating die-cutting and automated installation. The high-strength backing paper effectively prevents breakage, adhesive residue, or delamination during cutting or punching processes, thereby improving the yield rate in subsequent processing.
The tape has an overall thickness of 80 microns, which is a moderate thickness that balances concealment and bonding strength. Its adhesion strength reaches 10 N/25mm, meeting most medium-strength bonding requirements. Meanwhile, its tensile strength of up to 40 N/25mm demonstrates the excellent synergy between the base material and adhesive, providing good mechanical toughness and load-bearing capacity while reducing the risk of breakage during use.
Given its comprehensive properties, this product remains stable within a temperature range of -20°C to +100°C, making it suitable for a wide array of applications. In addition to general bonding and envelope sealing, it is widely used in leather laminating, carpet fixing, and various other industrial and craft applications. It is a high-performance, versatile, and cost-effective double sided tissue tape.
