The Fiberglass cloth coated with vermiculite on both sides is a non-asbestos product designed for a wide range of applications, including heat shield, flange and valve covers, welding curtains, expansion joins and equipment.
Vermiculite is a natural mineral that expands under high temperatures to form a porous structure, offering exceptional thermal insulation properties. When coated onto fiberglass cloth, its heat resistance is significantly improved, with short-term tolerance reaching 1200°C and continuous service temperature remaining at 800°C.These characteristics make it ideal for high-temperature applications requiring fireproofing and thermal insulation, including cable protection, welding safeguards, and industrial equipment insulation.
