PET pouch laminating film is available in glossy and matte finishes. Glossy film is suitable for nearly all general laminating applications, while matte film is recommended when:
Pouch laminating film is a pre-laminated material used as a protective layer for paper materials or photos. It consists of polyester film coated with hot melt EVA adhesive in advance, which bonds to paper material during the laminating process.
Pouch laminating film is used for creating simple and smaller laminates, ideal for ID cards, tags, and small paper materials. Lamination width is limited in pouch laminators, making this method useful in offices and home settings.
Laminating equipment for pouches is user-friendly and requires no special training. Heat-sensitive laminating film passes through heated rollers, where heat causes the film to bond with the substrate. The heated rollers move at reasonable speeds while applying pressure, with both temperature and pressure contributing to the bonding strength.
100 pieces per box, several boxes in a carton (approximately 20-25 kgs per carton). Tens of cartons packed into a standard pallet; 10 pallets load into 20GP container and 20 pallets load into 40GP container.
