Afterprinting offers pouch lamination film thickness ranging from 60micron to 250micron, with 125micron and 150micron being the most popular. Standard sizes include A3 (303×426mm) and A4 (216×303mm), with custom sizes available upon request.

Pouch laminating film is a pre-laminated material used as a protective layer for paper materials or photos. It consists of polyester film coated with hot melt EVA adhesive in advance, which bonds to paper material during the laminating process.
Pouch laminating film is ideal for creating simple and smaller laminates. It's commonly used for laminating ID cards, tags, and small paper materials. The lamination width is limited in pouch laminators, making this solution particularly useful in offices and home settings.
Laminating equipment for laminating pouches is user-friendly and requires no special training. Heat-sensitive laminating film is used for pouch lamination. The sheet with lamination films passes through heated rollers, where heat causes the film to adhere. The heated rollers move at reasonable speeds while applying pressure on the laminate. Both pressure and temperature contribute to the bonding strength of the laminating pouch.
