The 80micron pouch laminating film sheet is widely applied in office environments, particularly for document protection. Also known as 80micras, this film consists of 50mic PET Film and 30mic EVA Glue, making it the most cost-effective PET pouch laminating film option in comparable sizes.
Easy to operate - simply purchase an A3 or A4 laminator to begin protecting your office documents.
Pouch laminating film is a pre-laminated material used as a protective layer for paper materials or photos. It consists of polyester film coated with hot melt EVA adhesion in advance, which bonds to paper materials during the laminating process.
Pouch laminating film is ideal for creating simple and smaller laminates. Common applications include ID cards, tags, and small paper materials. While lamination width is limited in pouch laminators, this method is highly useful in offices and home settings.
Laminating equipment for laminating pouches is user-friendly and requires no specialized training. The heat-sensitive laminating film passes through heated rollers, where heat causes it to adhere to the substrate. The heated rollers move at appropriate speeds while applying pressure to the laminate. Both pressure and temperature contribute to the bonding strength of the laminating pouch.
