Pouch laminating film is a pre-laminated material used as a protective layer for paper materials or photos. It consists of polyester film coated with hot melt EVA adhesive in advance, which bonds to paper material during the laminating process.
Pouch laminating film is ideal for creating simple and smaller laminates. Commonly used for ID cards, tags, and small paper materials. Lamination width is limited in pouch laminators, making this solution practical for offices and home use.
Laminating equipment for laminating pouches is user-friendly and requires minimal training. Heat-sensitive laminating film passes through heated rollers where temperature and pressure combine to create strong bonding strength for the laminating pouch.
