Pouch laminating film is used for creating simple and smaller laminates. It's ideal for laminating ID cards, tags, and small paper materials. The lamination width is limited in pouch laminators, making this solution useful in offices and home settings.
How to Operate Pouch Laminating Film?
Laminating equipment for laminating pouches is user-friendly and requires no special training. Heat-sensitive laminating film is used for pouch lamination. The sheet with lamination films passes through heated rollers, where heat causes the materials to bond together. Heated rollers move at reasonable speeds while applying pressure on the laminate. Both pressure and temperature contribute to the bonding strength of the laminating pouch.
