PET Material Metalized Polyester Film Roll, From 17mic to 25mic
Metalized PET Thermal Lamination Film with thickness ranging from 17mic to 25mic is available. This dry lamination film is based on PET film coated with EVA glue. Available in both BOPP and PET base materials, both of which are printable and come in golden, silver, red, green, and other colors. It is an ideal material for laminating with paper for printing and packaging applications. The most popular thickness is 24mic (12PET+12EVA) in golden and silver colors.
What is Thermal Metalized Polyester Film?
Thermal Metalized Polyester Film consists of Metalized Polyester Film and EVA Glue, with thickness ranging from 17micron to 25micron, primarily at 24micron (12MPET+12EVA).
This film offers strong adhesion, perfect surface tension, and excellent rewinding properties, with double-sided corona treatment valued above 52 dynes.
It is used for laminating daily consumable packaging boxes, including grocery, medicine, wine, and other product packaging.
Various metallic colors are available including Silver, Gold, and other colors. Customized colors are acceptable (available in both gloss and matte finishes).
There are two types of Metalized Thermal Lamination Film: chemical and corona treated metalized thermal lamination film for offset printing, and corona treated metalized thermal lamination film.

The MOQ is 2 tons. Pricing is primarily determined by order quantity.
What About the Price?
Price is negotiable according to quantity and color. For 2 tons, the FOB price is USD 3.2-5.5/KG. For 20FCL container, the FOB price is USD 2.79-5.3/KG.
What About the Payment Terms?
30% deposit and 70% balance. We accept payment terms of T/T and L/C. Supported currencies include USD, CNY, CAD, HKD, and others.
How About the Delivery Time?
Normal delivery lead time is 25 days. For 40GP container orders, delivery lead time is specially reduced to 20 days.
How About the After-Sale Service?
6-month warranty period. In case of any quality problems, you will receive equivalent compensation.
