Anti-scratch thermal lamination film (also known as scratch free lamination film, scratch resistant lamination film) is manufactured using BOPP base material. The film features scratch resistant coating on one side and hot melt EVA adhesion on the other side, enabling secure lamination onto printed substrates while providing superior scratch resistance for the final product.
Available in both matt and gloss finishes, our scratch resistant thermal lamination film offers excellent compatibility with UV varnish and hot stamping applications. The matt variant is particularly suitable for luxury packaging, creating distinctive visual effects that set your prints apart from competitors.
The scratch-resistant properties are achieved through specialized chemical treatment applied to the BOPP film surface. The extrusion-coated EVA on the interior surface facilitates heat-activated lamination. This film is specifically engineered for high-quality media applications, featuring a semi-matte exterior surface that provides pleasant tactile qualities and enhances the overall appearance of laminated products.
