Thermal Metalized Polyester Film consists of Metalized Polyester Film and EVA Glue, with thickness ranging from 17 micron to 25 micron, primarily at 24 micron (12 MPET + 12 EVA).
There are two types of Metalized Thermal Lamination Film: chemical and corona treated metalized thermal lamination film for offset printing, and corona treated metalized thermal lamination film.
Applications of PET Metalized Thermal Lamination Film Worldwide
Airbags are used for protecting the pallets from collision during container loading.
Samples for testing are free. The normal sample dimension is 300mm × 100m. Customized width and length samples are available upon request.
The MOQ is 2 tons. Pricing is primarily determined by order quantity.
Price is negotiable according to quantity and color requirements. For 2 tons: FOB USD 3.2-5.5/KG. For 20ft container: FOB USD 2.79-5.3/KG.
30% deposit and 70% balance. We accept T/T and L/C payment terms. Supported currencies: USD, CNY, CAD, HKD, etc.
Normal delivery lead time: 25 days. Special delivery for 40ft container: 20 days.
