P20 Remote Methane Early-Warning System for Oil & Gas Asset Protection
The AiLF P20 is a remote methane monitoring system designed to provide early warning of gas leaks around critical oil & gas and industrial assets. Its open-path laser detection technology allows methane to be measured from a distance, while the motorized pan-tilt unit automatically scans multiple areas or predefined inspection routes.
The P20 combines methane detection, pan-tilt control, alarm management, data recording, and network communication in one integrated system. Operators can monitor connected devices through a centralized platform and receive real-time gas detection and alarm information for faster response to abnormal conditions.
Designed for long-term field deployment, the P20 supports 24/7 unattended monitoring and includes self-test, auto-zero, signal processing, and data storage functions to support stable operation. Its low-power design also makes it suitable for remote installations with solar power and wireless connectivity.
With one unit capable of monitoring multiple directions, the P20 can help protect gas pipelines, storage facilities, processing areas, industrial sites, and other fixed assets where continuous methane leak warning is required.
