1. Production Line
We have standardized production workshops equipped with multiple assembly lines for air suspension strut assembly, air spring and air compressor.
Since 2023, we have built independent production stations for shock absorber plastic end caps and pistons, realizing self‑supply of key raw components.
The whole production strictly follows standardized workflow: raw material incoming inspection → component processing → assembly → performance testing → aging test → packaging.
Every finished product will go through air‑tightness test, load test and simulation running test before packing.
Our stable production capacity supports both small‑batch trial orders and large‑volume bulk orders.
