LR167508 is an exclusive front left air spring repair kit for Land Rover Range Rover Sport L461, specially designed for original front air struts with CVD electronic variable damping system. This repair solution reuses the original strut core and CVD solenoid valve in good condition, avoiding expensive full strut replacement and greatly reducing maintenance costs.
The air bladder is made of multi-layer reinforced EPDM cord fabric rubber, featuring excellent high and low temperature resistance, ozone aging resistance and anti-fatigue performance. It effectively prevents cracking, aging and slow air leakage under complex road conditions. 1:1 original factory size, nozzle angle and mounting position ensure direct replacement without modification.
It solves common L461 faults including slow air leakage, one-side front sagging, uneven body height, suspension warning light, abnormal bumping noise and parking collapse. Every kit passes strict high-pressure air tightness testing and fully matches the original EAS air suspension and CVD electronic damping system.
A: No. LR167508 is exclusive for L461 front left. The front right requires LR188837. Different nozzle angles and positioning points will cause installation errors and air leakage if mixed.
A: Use this kit if only the bladder leaks while the strut core is oil-tight and the CVD solenoid works normally. Replace the full strut if core leakage, damping failure, solenoid damage or tube deformation occurs.
A: Yes. Air tightness test, body height calibration, CVD damping adaptation and fault code reset are mandatory to avoid abnormal height and suspension malfunction.
A: No. This is a professional repair kit only for bladder and sealing parts. The original core and solenoid will be reused.
A: Mostly not product quality issues. Common causes: unclean sealing surface, reused old seals, insufficient clamp torque, aging air pipes or faulty valve block. Replace all sealing parts during installation.
A: No. This kit is exclusive for L461 chassis. Structure and parameters are completely different from other Land Rover models.
