5052 aluminium alloy coil is an alloy made up of 2.5 percent magnesium and 0.25 percent chromium.
It’s considered to have great workability and weldability. It has medium static and high fatigue stren
-gth. The corrosion resistance of this aluminum is very good, especially in marine environments. This
alloy also has excellent thermal conductivity.
✔ Corrosion Resistance:
Superior performance in marine/salty environments, outperforming 3003 alloy.
✔ Formability:
Easily stamped, bent, or welded (TIG/MIG/resistance welding suitable).
✔ Strength-Ductility Balance:
Tensile strength: 170-290 MPa (varies with temper).
Elongation: 10-25% (O-temper offers highest ductility).
✔ Surface Finish:
Compatible with anodizing, painting, brushing, or polishing.
