1.Fully automated continuous brazing production line
Our factory is equipped with two fully automated continuous brazing production lines, achieving high output and efficiency to meet the needs of multiple customers, multiple designs, and large-volume rapid production and delivery.
2.Fully automatic continuous powder coating line
The fully automated powder coating line offers a selection of different brands of powder coating to meet specific voltage requirements such as 5800V. This facilitates high-voltage fast charging, making new energy battery packs easier to use.
3.Customized cooling tube production line
Customized flexible production can meet the side heat exchange requirements of various cylindrical cells such as 21700, 4680, 4695, and 46145.

The R&D center of Trumony has a complete set of advanced laboratory equipment for testing material and heat exchanger system, The development laboratory is equipped with a high-precision coordinate measuring machine, a burst test bench, a flow channel internal corrosion test bench, a flow resistance test bench, a smoke test bench, a cleanliness test bench, a pressure alternation test bench, and a cold and hot cycle test bench, etc.
At present, several products of Trumony have passed scientific and technological achievements appraisal, and are honored as the provincial key new products; A number of products have obtained invention patents and utility model patents. Averagely, there are 5-8 declared national patent products in Trumony every year!
Since year 2017,we cooperated with our clients in the area of new energy car battery cooling,cooperating with universities in China and based on our own R&D capability,we have did several project about battery cooling with our clients all over the world.

In 2021, we have established deep cooperation with Shanghai Jiao Tong University and setted the Trumony Technology Limited , is devoted in R&D in Ultra-high thermal conductive gasket technology, Ultra-soft heat conductive gasket technology, Ultra-Light thermal conductive Gel Technology. Currently, Trumony has been exported to more than 50 countries and regions around the world, and the product performance fully meets customer procurement needs.
