1. Product Introduction:
We are supplying the Serpentine Extruded Aluminum liquid cold Plate in different alloys,including 1 series,3 series,6 series and so on.For 3 series alloy,it has good anti-corrosion property,For 6 series alloy,it has good strength.And we are supplying it in different shapes,including flat,snake shape etc.These are used for different batteries cooling in new energy vehicles,such as Cylindrical Battery,Square Battery,and soft packing battery according to which kind of batteries our customers are using.
For the Serpentine Extruded Aluminum Liquid Cold Plate,it is actually made of Micro-channel Extruded Aluminium Tubes,we also call it multiport aluminum tubes or aluminum tube extrusions.The tube structures can be customized according to customers' different requirements,and the tube size can be controlled strictly by our precise toolings. We have our own tooling center and have rich experience in making and calibrating the toolings to control the tube size precisely.With our extrusion production line improved,we are now able to produce the tube with more than 100mm width and the flat surface.
