1. Product Introduction:
The Multiport Aluminium Extruded tubes,also called micro-channel aluminum tubes,are unique tubes developed with highly refined manufacturing quality.The tube port can be customized according to customers' requirement.Besides,we could make further process on the Aluminum Extruded Tube,such as coating and bending and making inlet/outlet connections on the tube end,which can increase the touching area with the batteries in order to increase the heat transfer efficiency.
We can achieve more efficient heat transfer by making the large internal surface area and hence are widely used in highly effective heat exchangers.
In recent years,new energy vehicles are becoming more and more popular in our life,it is environment protection.In the meantime,battery cooling used in the area is becoming a very promising subjet.Under such background,we developed a series of Serpentine Multiport Aluminum Tube Extrusion used for the battter pack cooling in the new energy vehicles.Based on the recent few years' supplying experience,we could offer R&D recommendation,tooling design service together with the sample supply for prototype manufacturing.
