Designed specifically for 587Ah large-capacity battery cells, our liquid cooling plate is a high-performance thermal management solution that addresses the core thermal challenges of high-power energy storage systems. As the demand for large-capacity battery cells grows rapidly in the energy storage industry, the need for efficient, reliable, and safe thermal management becomes increasingly critical — our liquid cooling plate is engineered to meet and exceed these requirements, ensuring optimal performance and long-term stability of your 587 battery modules.
Crafted with high-quality AL3003mod aluminum alloy and advanced stamping plus high-temperature brazing technology, this liquid cooling plate boasts excellent thermal conductivity and structural strength, effectively transferring heat generated by 587 cells during charging and discharging processes. The optimized internal flow channel design maximizes heat transfer efficiency while minimizing pressure drop, with a flow resistance of only 36.43Kpa at 15L/min (using 50% ethylene glycol aqueous solution), reducing pump power consumption and improving overall system energy efficiency.
Key performance highlights tailored for 587 battery cells: With a surface temperature difference of less than 3℃, it ensures uniform temperature distribution across all cells, effectively preventing thermal runaway, reducing cell attenuation, and extending the service life of the 587 battery system significantly. The plate features strong load-bearing capacity, supporting up to 1400kg of load with a simulated deformation of ≤1.8mm, making it suitable for heavy-duty energy storage applications. Additionally, the joint pull-out strength reaches 1000N without detachment or weld cracking, ensuring leak-proof and explosion-proof reliability in long-term operation.
