1. Product Introduction:

The serpentine aluminum ribbon, also known as the serpentine ribbon or water-cooled ribbon, is our area of expertise. extensive experience includes thermal cooling projects, battery cooling for electric vehicles (also referred to as new energy vehicles), solar energy cooling, 5G parts cooling, drone cooling, and various industrial cooling applications.
The serpentine ribbon is made from our extrusion channel ribbon, with multiple molds available for various runner ports. Our water-cooling ribbon is crafted from aluminum and can be designed to fit different channel types and sizes, including mounting holes. Additionally, we have our own CNC center to create import/export connectors or partition accessories based on customer requirements.

This cooling ribbon could be used for all kinds of battery pack with 21700 cells,its length could be customized for your cell quantity and it's especially suitable for your prototype stage,it need no tooling cost and could be delivered to your side in only two weeks.
