1. Product Introduction
We operate as a direct-from-factory producer of battery pack heat exchangers, combining high-speed stamping with vacuum brazing to manufacture liquid-cooled aluminum cold plates at scale.
Our scope covers thermal management components for cylindrical (18650/21700), prismatic, and pouch cell battery packs. Within this lineup, our stamped and vacuum-brazed AL3003 cold plates stand out by pairing the low per-unit cost of stamping with the high joint strength and zero-flux leak tightness of vacuum brazing—making them a natural fit for utility-grade ESS and high-volume prismatic/pouch modules.
Beyond the plate itself, we supply serpentine tubes for cylindrical cells, water-cooling plates for prismatic layouts, and flow-channel plates for pouch assemblies. Every program is backed by in-house tooling, custom geometry development, engineering design review, and auxiliary materials (insulation, silicone pads) for a turnkey thermal package.
We view battery thermal management as a decisive factor in ESS safety and cycle life, and we hope to convert our process know-how into a long-term supply partnership. Our edge rests on four pillars:
  • Own Tooling Shop:​ Dies and fixtures are built in-house, giving 15–20 day first-article turnaround with no external dependency.
  • Geometry Freedom (within die limits):​ Plates can be stamped to follow almost any 1P104S pack footprint, including side-port, bottom-port, and multi-row channel layouts.
  • DFM Engineering:​ Our team runs feasibility checks, pressure-drop estimates, and channel optimization before tooling commitment.
  • One-Stop Kit:​ Heat exchanger + insulation + TIM pad + optional epoxy/polyurethane coating, shipped as one batch.
2. Commonly Used Material Chemical Composition

Both 3003 and 3102 offer strong corrosion resistance for coolant-side service; 3003 with a 4343/4045 brazing clad is the default for vacuum brazing because of its predictable filler flow and parent-metal strength retention.
