This particular product series showcases our stamped and vacuum-brazed aluminum cold plates, which combine the economic benefits of stamping with the outstanding joint strength and leak-tight reliability of vacuum brazing.
We offer a full range of cooling solutions for battery cells, including serpentine tubing for cylindrical types (18650, 21700), water-cooled plates for prismatic cells, and flow channel plates for pouch cells. Our stamped and brazed cold plates are ideally suited for high-volume manufacturing of prismatic and pouch cell battery modules.

Both 3003 and 3102 alloys exhibit excellent resistance to corrosion, making them widely adopted for heat exchange applications. For vacuum brazing processes, 3003 alloy with a braze cladding layer is the preferred material due to its ideal flow behavior during heating.
