How It Works
The liquid cold plate works based on efficient closed-loop liquid circulation heat exchange technology. The high thermal conductivity metal plate is closely attached to the surface of heat-generating equipment to rapidly absorb concentrated heat. The precisely designed internal flow channels ensure smooth and even coolant flow across the entire cooling area, avoiding local high temperature and heat dead zones. As the coolant absorbs heat, it flows out of the cold plate into an external heat exchanger to release heat into the ambient environment. After cooling down, the fluid flows back into the cold plate to form a continuous circulating cooling system. This stable cyclic heat exchange process maintains equipment temperature within a safe and efficient range, greatly improving system stability, energy efficiency, and service life.

Q2: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom liquid cooling plates?
