1. Product Introduction

Liquid cooling tubes are a popular solution for battery thermal management, suitable for both cylindrical and prismatic battery cells. Compared to air cooling, they offer a higher heat exchange coefficient and a more compact footprint, enabling faster cooling and heating.
Our serpentine cooling ribbon (snake tube)​ is specifically optimized for 21700 cylindrical cells. The tube's curvature and pitch are precisely designed to wrap snugly around the cell surface, maximizing contact area and heat transfer efficiency. This ensures uniform temperature distribution across the entire battery module, which is critical for 21700 cell performance and lifespan.
With our strong manufacturing capabilities, we can accommodate diverse requirements including custom diameters, wall thicknesses, and bend radii. We provide an all-in-one service package covering design, simulation, manufacturing, and surface treatment.

2. Application

The serpentine cooling tube is primarily used for battery pack cooling in electric vehicles (EVs)​ and energy storage systems (ESS)​ , particularly in modules using 21700 cylindrical cells​ for high-energy-density applications.
