This custom brazed aluminum liquid cooling plate is designed for prismatic battery cell modules. Manufactured with vacuum brazing and a 500x300mm footprint, it provides stable thermal control and reliable sealing for demanding battery applications.
The micro channel flow design keeps prismatic cells within a narrow temperature band, improving cycle life and safety. Dimensions, channels and interfaces are built to your project drawings.
