Compared with traditional air cooling solutions, liquid cooling plates provide higher heat dissipation efficiency, lower temperature difference, lower noise, and longer battery cycle life.

We supply 0.5C and 1C full-rate customized liquid cooling plates to match different energy storage project requirements, perfectly adapting 200MWh / 500MWh / 1GWh large-scale ESS stations, commercial & industrial energy storage, and container energy storage systems.

4. Why 0.5C & 1C Must Be Separated (Professional Technical Explanation)

Battery heat generation follows I²R law. When operating from 0.5C to 1C, the current doubles, and the heat generation increases 4 times.

Ordinary 0.5C cold plates have sparse flow channels and high thermal resistance. If forced to run 1C continuous charging and discharging, it will cause:

• Excessive maximum cell temperature
• Module temperature difference over 5°C
• BMS frequent power limit
• Accelerated battery decay & hidden thermal runaway risk

Our 1C dedicated liquid cooling plate is structurally upgraded with denser flow channels and larger heat exchange area, which can safely carry high-rate heat load and ensure long-term stable operation of high-power energy storage projects.
