Our aluminum liquid cooling plate is purpose-built for electric vehicle (EV) battery pack thermal management. Manufactured from high-thermal-conductivity 3003 aluminum alloy through precision stamping and vacuum brazing, it delivers uniform, efficient heat dissipation that keeps every cell within a narrow operating temperature window. This helps reduce internal thermal gradients, slow differential aging, and extend the service life of the battery pack.
