Product introduction
Melting is the first core process of aluminum processing, and the performance of the melting furnace directly determines the quality of aluminum water, melting efficiency, and energy consumption. In terms of safety configuration, the melting furnace is equipped with a series of standard safety devices such as automatic flame monitors that comply with European standard EN762-2, manual safety quick shut-off valves, low pressure alarm detection devices, automatic release devices, electromagnetic release devices, etc. The control program strictly follows the standards to perform leak detection, blowing, ignition, flame monitoring and other operations, comprehensively avoiding safety risks such as gas leakage and flame extinguishing. At the same time, the gas supply pipeline is equipped with solenoid valves, pressure regulating valves, pressure switches, pressure gauges, gas filters, stabilizing valves, orifice flow meters, electric actuators, and corresponding connectors to achieve precise control of gas supply, ensuring combustion efficiency and operational stability. Among them, the dual chamber waste aluminum melting furnace is specially designed for the recycling and processing of waste aluminum, effectively solving the problems of high impurities and burning losses in the waste aluminum melting process, achieving low burning losses and high efficiency in waste aluminum recycling and melting, and meeting the needs of the circular economy development of the aluminum processing industry.
