Our hydraulic tilting aluminum melting furnace is a high-performance gas-fired unit tailored for aluminum alloy smelting, refining and temperature holding, widely applied in aluminum ingot production and recycled aluminum processing lines. Adopting a robust rectangular structure, the furnace body is welded with premium Q235 steel sections and steel plates, featuring outstanding overall rigidity and deformation resistance for long-term stable operation. The internal refractory layer is constructed with professional castables and fire bricks, which effectively resists erosion from high-temperature molten aluminum and extends the service life of the furnace lining.
Equipped with an advanced regenerative combustion system powered by natural gas, the equipment achieves remarkable energy-saving and eco-friendly effects. It delivers thorough fuel combustion, keeps the exhaust temperature below 180℃, and cuts gas consumption significantly. The furnace temperature is precisely controlled within ±5℃, fully meeting strict metallurgical requirements. The hydraulic tilting system serves as the core feature, driven by dual hydraulic cylinders. It supports stepless speed regulation, enabling smooth tilting and reliable emergency reset functions to guarantee operational safety. The maximum tilting angle is scientifically designed to realize quick and complete discharge of molten aluminum.
The furnace door adopts hydraulic lifting and pneumatic compression structure with excellent airtightness, which effectively prevents heat loss and flue gas leakage. The whole system takes PLC and touch screen as the control core, realizing full automatic operation including temperature adjustment, tilting action and fault alarm. With a melting capacity of over 4 tons per hour, this tilting furnace supports 24-hour continuous production. It combines high efficiency, low energy consumption and easy maintenance, becoming an ideal core device for medium and large aluminum processing enterprises.

What is the production capacity of different tonnage furnaces?
The melting capacity of 20T furnace is 4-6 tons per hour. 25T and 45T models have higher efficiency. The equipment can work 24 hours continuously to match the supporting casting line.
