Direct burning type natural gas / oil combustion system
Product introduction
1. The furnace is equipped with two gas burners, tilted at a certain angle towards the molten pool to ensure good convective heat transfer effect on the aluminum metal melt inside the furnace.
The combustion system consists of a combustion assisting fan, an electric regulating butterfly valve, a pressure stabilizing valve, an electromagnetic valve, a safety valve, switches, etc. The burner is equipped with an ignition system and flame detection to continuously monitor flame combustion. Once no flame is detected, the device will automatically close the solenoid valve on the fuel pipe.
The burner is equipped with an ion flame detector to monitor the ignition and normal combustion of the burner, ensuring combustion safety.
2. Fuel supply system
The gas supply system consists of ball valves, filters, pressure regulating valves, switches, solenoid valves, pipelines, etc., providing fuel that meets normal combustion parameters for the burner to ensure its normal operation.
3. Electronic control system:
This control adopts an intelligent temperature control system, including temperature control, ignition control, etc.

1. What are the key points of daily inspection?
Temperature/furnace pressure, gas pressure/combustion status, furnace lining/sealing, degassing system, cooling water.
2. What is the regular maintenance cycle?
Daily: Clean the slag from the furnace mouth/flow channel; inspect the burner, ignition system, and seals.
Weekly: verify thermocouples/temperature control instruments; clean the scale in the water gap of the crystallizer; check the integrity of the filter plate.
Monthly: Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the lining thickness/cracks; calibrate the casting speed and traction synchronization; replace aged sealing rings/gaskets.
Every year: overhaul the furnace body (repair/reline the furnace lining); conduct a comprehensive inspection and maintenance of the casting machinery and electronic control system.
3. Safety precautions?
High temperature protection: Wear high temperature resistant clothing, protective face masks, and heat-insulating gloves to avoid burns.
Explosion protection: Leakage is strictly prohibited in gas furnaces, and regular leak detection is required; moist materials are prohibited inside the furnace to prevent explosions caused by water encountering aluminum liquid.
Emergency response: Equip with dry powder fire extinguishers and dry sand.
