Description
This 20-ton aluminum smelting unit is a reflective flame furnace engineered for melting, homogenizing and holding various aluminum alloys. Designed as a stationary rectangular model fitted with a tilting access door, it features a standard 630mm thick insulated furnace wall combined with a semi-monolithic cast lining structure, alongside an energy-efficient regenerative combustion system running on natural gas.

How to choose between regenerative and direct fired natural gas aluminum melting furnaces?
1) Thermal storage type: equipped with dual thermal storage burners, recovering waste heat from flue gas to preheat the air, with a solar term of 20%~30% and a thermal efficiency of over 75%. It is suitable for large furnaces of more than 3 tons and 24-hour continuous casting of rods for mass production, saving gas costs in long-term production;
2) Direct fired type: With a simple structure, low procurement price, and simple maintenance, it is suitable for small furnaces weighing 1-3 tons, intermittent production, and small factories with less recycled materials;
Priority is given to recommending thermal storage products for long-term mass production projects exported overseas.
