Product Description

The Outdoor Weatherproof Nylon Expansion Screw Anchor Kit is a weather-resistant fastening solution engineered for window frames, exterior trim, and outdoor wall fixtures that are exposed to temperature fluctuations, rain, and moisture throughout the seasons. Each complete set includes a 6mm diameter PA6 nylon expansion plug factory-matched with an M5 x 40mm zinc-plated steel screw featuring enhanced corrosion protection for demanding outdoor use.
 
Installation follows the reliable expansion principle: drill a 6mm hole through the window frame mounting bracket and into the wall substrate, insert the nylon plug until the collar sits flush against the surface, align the window frame bracket, and drive the M5 screw through the bracket into the plug. The screw's cone-shaped tail expands the nylon body radially against the hole wall, creating a secure friction lock that anchors the window frame firmly in place. The nylon plug body is 100% rust-proof and completely unaffected by moisture absorption, while the heavy-duty zinc-plated screw provides dependable atmospheric corrosion resistance - together they deliver reliable long-term outdoor fastening performance.
