Product Description

The Moisture-Proof Nylon Plastic Expansion Screw Plug Set is a bathroom-specific fastening solution engineered for towel rails, robe hooks, shower curtain brackets, and bathroom accessory mounting on tiled and damp wall surfaces. Each complete set contains an 8mm diameter PA6 nylon expansion plug pre-matched with an M6 x 40mm zinc-plated steel screw, providing reliable fastening in the challenging high-humidity bathroom environment.
 
Installation follows the proven expansion principle: drill an 8mm hole through the tile layer using a tile drill bit first, then switch to a masonry bit to complete the hole in the wall substrate, insert the nylon plug until its collar sits flush with the tile surface, mount the towel rail bracket, and drive the M6 screw into the plug. The screw's cone-shaped tail expands the nylon body radially against the hole wall, creating a secure friction lock that holds bathroom fixtures firmly despite elevated ambient humidity and occasional direct water splashing. The nylon plug is inherently waterproof and will never rust, swell, or degrade from moisture absorption, while the zinc-plated screw provides dependable corrosion resistance for long bathroom service life.
