Product Description

The Industrial Grade Nylon Expansion Screw Anchor is an industrial-strength fastening solution designed for pipe clamps, conduit brackets, HVAC duct supports, and heavy mechanical bracket mounting on solid concrete and masonry substrates. Each complete set contains a 10mm diameter PA6 nylon expansion plug pre-matched with an M8 x 60mm zinc-plated steel screw, delivering industrial-level holding power for demanding mechanical and plumbing installations.
 
Installation follows the classic expansion principle: drill a 10mm hole to the full required depth in the concrete or masonry substrate, thoroughly clean the hole of all drilling dust and debris, insert the nylon plug until its collar is flush with the wall surface, align the pipe clamp bracket, and drive the M8 screw through the bracket into the plug. As the screw reaches full insertion depth, the cone-shaped tail section forces the nylon body to expand radially, creating a powerful friction lock distributed along the entire 60mm plug length. The temperature-tolerant PA6 nylon maintains its full mechanical properties across a wide operating range from -40°C to +80°C, making it equally suitable for heated indoor mechanical rooms and outdoor exposed pipe runs.
