The anchor features an integrated nylon locking ring on the screw collar that engages with the anchor body during final tightening, creating a mechanical lock that resists vibration-induced loosening without requiring thread-locking compounds or secondary locking fasteners. The nylon PA6 anchor body maintains its split-expansion performance under cyclic vibration loading, while the square head design ensures positive torque transfer during diagonal tightening. Installation follows the four-step furring channel anchor procedure: drill a matching hole, thoroughly clean borehole dust, vertically hammer the anchor flush, and diagonally tighten the screw until the locking ring engages, providing both expansion hold and anti-vibration security in a single fastening step.
