Product Description

Featuring a reinforced nylon PA6 body with thicker wall sections and an extended split-expansion zone, this anchor delivers load ratings up to 350 kg in C20/25 concrete when installed with the matching high-tensile zinc-plated steel screw. The square head design on M8-M10 sizes ensures positive anti-camout engagement during diagonal torque tightening, while M12 and M14 sizes feature a hex head for higher torque application. Installation follows the standard four-step furring channel anchor process: drill a hole matching the anchor diameter with a hammer drill, thoroughly clean all dust from the borehole for optimal expansion contact, vertically hammer the anchor flush into the substrate opening, and diagonally tighten the screw to the specified torque for full expansion and load activation.
