Compound bating enzyme for leather softening in textile
Bating Enzyme TL716S is an industrial grade compound enzyme preparation, that can stripe off the tight part of blue wet skin and white wet skin and improve the soft feeling of the leather. It also helps to open the fur with a tight back and increase the leather length.

Application
Blue wet skin and white wet skin: After washing with backwater and drainage, increase the pH and temperature, add bating enzyme TL716S.
Pickled hide and skin:neutralize pH to 6.0 – 8.0, and control the temperature between 28 - 30℃,add bating enzyme TL716S.
Neutralization and softening: delimbing and washing with drainage water, control the pH between 6.0 – 7.0, and keep the temperature under 37℃, add bating enzyme TL716S, and adjust the dosage.
Pre-processing: can be used as pre-treatment of the soaking and pickling process.
Dissolve powder form into liquid enzyme, and spray directly on the leather surface or merge leather into the liquid enzyme.
Suggest to do a small-scale test before mass production, and avoid overdose or damage caused by quality variation of leather.
0.05~0.5% of rawhide dry weight. Dosage can be adjusted by request.
Safety
Avoid inhaling enzyme powder. Rinse immediately with water if contact with skin or eyes.
Storage
Preserve in a cool and dry area with good ventilation. Avoid direct sunlight. Keep the temperature under 10℃.
