The product warranty period is 18 months after delivery or 12 months after installation (which is earlier). During the warranty period, the quality defects caused by our design and production will be repaired and replaced free of charge .For the product damage caused by the human factor of the demand side, we are not responsible for it . However, we will cooperate with the demand side to solve the problem according to the situation. |
