Developed in collaboration with Jiangsu University, the BQS pump series adheres to the MT/T671-2005 standard and is specifically designed for coal mines with high coal slurry content. The pump enhances the original explosion-proof desilting submersible design by incorporating a bottom-mounted agitator that effectively clears coal slurry, sludge, and other waste materials.

With two patents from Jiangsu University, the pump features a unique double flow-channel for the impeller and volute casing. The outlet width between impeller blades exceeds 30mm, ensuring high discharge capacity. Patented blade curvature technology prevents overload, maintaining motor capacity in all operational conditions. This pump also improves energy efficiency by over 10%.

Submersion Depth: The submersion depth, measured from the center of the impeller, should not exceed 20 meters.

Corrosion Resistance: Customized designs are available for handling highly corrosive fluids.

Solid Diameter Compliance: The diameter of solids in the fluid must adhere to the MT/T671-2005 standard. If a customized design is needed, please specify at the time of order.
