The Tablecloth Folding and Rewinding Machine is a high-efficiency automatic equipment for tablecloth final processing, integrating feeding, folding, positioning, cutting and rolling. Widely used in hotel supplies factories, catering utensil enterprises and textile printing and dyeing plants, it effectively solves the problems of low efficiency, inconsistent folding quality and difficult rolling in manual processing.
Core Functions & Working Process:
1. Tablecloth Roll Material Conveying: Equipped with a high-precision servo unwinding unit, it stably conveys various tablecloth rolls with adjustable speed to avoid stretching or wrinkling.
2. Material Storage and Buffering: A dedicated buffer unit adjusts process rhythm, absorbs speed differences, and ensures production line continuity.
3. Automatic Folding & Positioning Cutting: Advanced photoelectric positioning realizes precise folding (double/four-fold, etc.) and accurate cutting (error <1mm) by preset parameters.
4. Pneumatic Clamping & Rolling: Pneumatic clamps transfer folded tablecloths to the rolling unit with adjustable tension, enabling neat rolling with customizable diameter.
5. Finished Product Delivery: Rolled products are automatically sent out by conveyor belt for easy subsequent packaging and transportation.
