The double stations motor stator coil winding machine is designed for BLDC motor manufacturing, featuring a dual-station configuration for multi-pole stator coil winding. Each operational cycle simultaneously winds 2 stators, requiring only manual loading. The machine automatically clamps the mold, reducing labor intensity and significantly enhancing production efficiency.
Multiple tap settings (configurable via screen), wire clamping, and wire cutting functions are integrated into the winding process. Slot count and turn numbers can be programmed through the human-machine interface. Constructed with anodized aluminum alloy and imported acrylic protection, the system employs PLC electrical control with servo motor operation for exceptional safety and reliability.
