Needle (or nozzle) winding technology is the ideal choice for the production of closed stators because it allows the wire to be wound around the poles even in very narrow slots. The process can be applied also to outer slot stators and wound rotors, reaching astonishing results in terms of filling factor and precision.

Our XT-02D is the stand-alone version of our advanced needle winding machine. It can be delivered with 2, 3, or 4 needles, and can be upgraded also in a second step. It has been designed to be applied as a stand-alone machine and with the appropriate configuration it can be integrated into a production line.

The automatic motor winding machine is especially suitable for Inverter washing machine motors, Inverter cleaner motors, and another BLDC/brushless motor.

• The machine facilitates manual loading and unloading, automatic clamping, winding, and shearing for multi-pole BLDC motor stator winding.
• The frame is made of a thickened aluminum profile, and the table plate is constructed of cast iron to absorb vibration, ensuring minimal vibration even at high winding speeds.
• Tooling and fixture parts utilize a downward positioning mode for stable and reliable tightening.
• The compact wire clamping and cutting structure allows for simultaneous wire clamping and cutting.
• The machine enables quick change-over of tooling, facilitating the rapid adjustment of stator and winding parameters through the HMI to adapt to different stator requirements.

The stator is stationary during winding. All needle movements are motorized and programmable and managed in direct drive mode (no cam system, no belts, no lead screw).
