Product Overview
This motor stator coil winding machine is primarily used for winding multi-pole BLDC motor stators using needle winding technology. With each action cycle, it can wrap 2 stators, significantly enhancing production efficiency. The machine features manual feeding and automatic clamping of the die to reduce labor intensity. During the winding process, multiple tasks such as tapping, wire clamping, and wire cutting can be performed. The number of slots and cycles can be adjusted through the user-friendly interface. The machine is constructed of all-aluminum alloy with an anodizing treatment, along with imported acrylic protection. It is powered by a PLC, equipped with a display and servo motor control, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
Function and Characteristics
The machine is designed for winding multi-pole stator windings. It features automatic loading and unloading, automatic clamping, winding, and wire cutting.
The frame of the machine adopts the National Standard 4040 aluminum profile, while the table board is made of Q235 material.
Tooling and fixture parts utilize a downward positioning mode, ensuring stable and reliable positioning.
The wire clamping and cutting process is compact, allowing both tasks to be completed simultaneously.
The HMI (Human Machine Interface) enables quick switching between different stator and winding parameters, accommodating various stator requirements.
The tooling can be changed rapidly, taking approximately 20 minutes with proficiency.
The machine is equipped with full aluminum alloy protection.
It is PLC-controlled and has a fault display feature.
