Installation Steps (General Reference):
Recover Refrigerant: Use special equipment to recover refrigerant from A/C system
Remove Front Bumper: Remove front bumper to access condenser
Remove Electronic Fan Assembly: Remove fan assembly (if required)
Disconnect A/C Lines: Disconnect A/C lines between condenser and compressor/expansion valve
Remove Condenser Mounting Bolts: Remove upper and lower mounting bolts
Remove Old Condenser: Remove old condenser assembly from vehicle frame
Clean Mounting Area: Clean condenser mounting brackets and surrounding area
Install New Condenser: Position new condenser, pre-tighten mounting bolts
Reconnect A/C Lines: Reconnect A/C lines, replace O-rings, torque to specification
Reinstall Fan & Bumper: Reinstall fan assembly and front bumper
