The BYD Destroyer 05 is equipped with power seat adjustment across all trims. According to vehicle information, the Destroyer 05 driver's seat features power adjustment with controls located on the left side of the seat in a conventional and convenient position.

The power seat switch panel is the core control component of the seat adjustment system, installed on the seat side or side trim panel, integrating controls for seat forward/backward movement, backrest angle adjustment, and seat cushion height adjustment (depending on configuration). Depending on configuration, some models also feature seat memory function and seat heating switches.

Installation Instructions

Tool Preparation:

• Plastic pry tool (for trim removal)

• Clean cloth

• New clip set (recommended)

Installation Steps:

1. Power Off Preparation: Disconnect 12V battery negative terminal (recommended) or turn off vehicle power

2. Remove Old Panel: Carefully pry the old switch panel clip positions with a plastic pry tool, remove from mounting position

3. Disconnect Harness: Unplug the harness connector from the back of the switch panel

4. Clean Mounting Area: Clean dust and dirt from the mounting groove

5. Connect Harness: Plug the harness connector into the new switch panel, confirm clip locks

6. Install New Panel: Align new panel with clip holes, press clips sequentially to secure

7. Function Test: After power-on, test all button functions to confirm normal seat adjustment
